Air China provides an Unaccompanied Minor (UM) service for young children
traveling without a parent or legal guardian. This service ensures assistance
and supervision from the point of departure to the final destination.
The UM service is mandatory for children aged 5 to 12 years traveling without
an accompanying adult who is at least 18 years old.
Children under 5 years old are not permitted to travel alone and must be
accompanied by an adult (aged 18 or older) who is a family member, legal
guardian, or an appointed escort.
Air China may require documented proof of age for any child at check-in or
during travel.
For detailed information on applicable service fees, passengers should contact
Air China directly.
