Online Form – Submit a lost item report via Air New Zealand’s website under the "Lost Property" section. The airline will search for your item and contact you if found.

Check with Airports – If the item was lost at the airport, contact the respective airport’s Lost & Found office, as they handle items left in terminals or security areas.

Tracking & Recovery – Found items are typically held for a limited time. If identified, you may need to arrange collection or pay for return shipping.

Partner Airlines & Connections – If lost on a partner airline or during a connecting flight, check with the operating carrier’s Lost & Found service.
