Flight Cancellations by Passengers

Voluntary Cancellation: Passengers may cancel their booking, but cancellation fees may apply, depending on the fare class and timing of the cancellation.

Refundable Tickets: Eligible for partial or full refunds based on the fare conditions at the time of purchase.

Non-Refundable Tickets: Usually not eligible for a refund; however, taxes and airport fees may be refundable where applicable.

Flight Cancellations by Malaysia Airlines

If the airline cancels your flight, you are entitled to:

• A full refund of the ticket value, or

• A free rebooking on the next available Malaysia Airlines flight.
