Singapore Airlines’ frequent flyer program is called KrisFlyer. Members earn miles through flights, hotel stays, car rentals, and shopping.

Earning Miles

Miles are earned on Singapore Airlines and partners, plus hotels, rentals, and daily spending. Higher-tier members earn bonus miles.

Membership Tiers

There are three tiers: KrisFlyer, KrisFlyer Elite Silver, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold. Status is achieved through Elite miles and sectors from eligible flights.

Redeeming Miles

Use miles for award flights, upgrades, hotels, rental cars, or to pay for extras like additional baggage or part of a fare.

Additional Benefits

Perks include lounge access, priority check-in/boarding, and more generous baggage allowances—depending on tier and travel class.

Miles Validity

Miles are valid for 36 months. Validity can be extended by earning or redeeming before expiry.
