If you’ve misplaced an item while traveling with Singapore Airlines, follow
these steps:
For Items Left Onboard or Checked Baggage
Report Immediately: Upon arrival, visit the airport's Lost & Found counter and
file a report. Keep a copy for your records.
Get a Reference Number: You'll receive a 10-character File Reference Number,
which is essential for tracking your case.
Track Your Bag: Use Singapore Airlines' Baggage Portal with your File Reference
Number and last name to check the status.
For Items Lost at Changi Airport
Changi Lost & Found: If your item was lost within the airport premises (not
onboard), contact Changi Airport Lost & Found Services directly.
For Items Lost in Singapore Airlines Lounges (Singapore)
SATS Lost & Found: SATS manages these lounges. You can report or search for
items using their online platform.

If your baggage is still missing after 7 days, contact your local Lost & Found
Office or submit a baggage claim. Travel insurance may also help.
For damaged or missing contents, fill out the Singapore Airlines claim form.
They typically respond within four working days.
