Report Immediately
Contact the lost and found department of the Australian airport where the loss
occurred (e.g., Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane).
For items lost onboard or at check-in/gates, notify Thai Airways staff before
leaving the airport.
Submit an Online Claim
Visit the Thai Airways Lost & Found portal (www.thaiairways.com/lostandfound)
and fill out a report with details (flight number, seat, item description).
Alternatively, email lostandfound@thaiairways.com with relevant information.
